Adding onto what Vampire said above, it sounds like you've already found a way that works for you (sort of) and the issue you're having is most likely cause by not having those skins listed in allPlayers (which is in variables.sqf)

I suggest you do it all yourself. It gives you an opportunity to make each script unique to your server, and gives you a greater chance of attracting a permanent fanbase by making your server different from any other. These packs and whatnot are great and all, but they make servers into clones...
What's the point of a public anti hack though? The point in anti hacks not being public is so the hackers can't get their hands on them and bypass / exploit them.
Any script will work with any mod past or present. They may require a few edits, but they will work. This script in particular should work out of the box.
I, along with Andrew S and Player two, have developed a 'new' loadout script that is meant for servers that want pure pvp only. Instead of the user, you, defining the weapons mags etc to be received it reads cfgWeapons, cfgWeapons >> Pistol, and cfgVehicles for backpacks, primary weapons, and...
I don't think that's possible. It's in .hpp format, so it's a little weird. You could probably hack together a loop in the selectslot to check humanity and point to a different .hpp but it'd be a little messy.
