I don't know much about the Anti Hack stuff guys. I have never had a reason to have to use it. I do think that it's something like cen said in the post above as I have seen others do this very thing in this forum thread somewhere back in the early pages.
Oh ok all easy stuff lol, was worried there was something hard coded into the Arma 2 OA halo jump because I wanted to try it but didn't want to half to go through a debug phase to do so LOL.
I know the fn_halo jump works on pretty much any map with a few changes cause I am using it. :D...
Why are we calling fix #1 Chernarus only? Is it because of the mission file used in the tutorial or are their literally code in the Arma 2 OA: Halo scripts preventing it from working on any other map?

I think the animation takes roughly 5 seconds to complete. Maybe instead of using a -1 one the timer try using a -5.

The compiles.sqf is a .sqf file and should not be a text file. Another thing to watch for is to make sure the spelling is correct and the capitalization actually makes a difference.
