I don't quite understand the last part of your question.
As for the BTC Towing, you have to adjust the code to fit DayZ. Are you using a tutorial off of these forums, or are you installing it per-instruction from BTC?

Don't mind them, you can view the code in:
\R3F_ARTY_AND_LOG\R3F_LOG\objet_deplacable\deplacer.sqf
in your mission folder, granted you have the R3F Artillery and Logistics mod installed.
Try a program other than PBO View, or look for PBO View version 0.8 (I use that version, works fine for me)

Going to be working on adding in bare-bone mission files for each map as a download.
What map are you doing this for? Have you contacted DayZ.ST telling them that your mission is not loading?
I'll make a thread involving zipped packages of missions files for each map, which are bare-minimum. That way if your mission gets botched, you can always download another one.
The arma2oaserver.RPT in the dayz_1.chernarus (or whatever you use for your server)'s folder.
It is very helpful for debugging.

I had nametags enabled on my server for about a month to weed out scripters (had about 40/40 on most days, lowest was 20 at a time) then I turned them off after scripters didn't join in.
Helped a lot to report teleporters when admins weren't online.
