I have noticed that in certain areas of Fallujah if you relog you will end up back at a spawn point. I am still well within the map. This is getting especially annoying for players on my server. Any idea what might be causing this?
I believe what you're asking is how to have multiple people log into admin at the same time to use the script. I am pretty sure only one person can log into admin at a time unfortunately.

I believe I figured out how to allow multiple people to use the script at the same time. However it may not be as secure. Pwnzor let me know if this is bad :D.

It's not intended to be an "IWin" button because I could easily already win with the control i have over my server. I plan to use it for many other things besides spawning vehicles next to me. I was just using that as an example that I can build on.
Looking through a few script files for missions, I'm wondering if it's possible to add something to a mission file or the server.pbo file that tests to see if a player is an admin then spawns a vehicle if the player presses a certain key.
Something like this only
if(_isAdmin) {...
