but no, i've seen the size go up before a custom loadscreen is installed. anything that the client needs to run on the server is downloaded. so it's any files that are missing.

there IS an editor that allows you to lay runways, sidewalks, roads, etc. i found it once, but i couldn't get it installed correctly, and i lost the link to boot.
it relied on CA_Roads which for some odd reason wasn't on my machine and giving me issues
your mission.pbo is to be downloaded from your server. for example, on dayz.st you scroll to the bottom of your control panel, check Advanced Settings, then click on get default
