init.sqf can be found in your mission.pbo, should be one of the first things you see when you open it. My init.sqf is missing a lot of those options for whatever reason, but I don't use the same host you do

Short answer, you can't You can only use scripts that can be done in server.pbo and mission.pbo on DayZ.st That still leaves a good number of options, at least there weren't many scripts that required access to that folder when I had a dayz.st server unless they were clothing related or something
