Many of my players are reporting survivor and soldiers shooting at them, when they're positive humanity.

I want to be able to place a soldier group in a specific area to patrol/defend a camp, in that players/bandits can attack that camp to gain an objective, or reward.

I've seen a few servers that give new spawning players a choice between a few classes that provide a load-out based on which you choose. I was thinking of setting up 3 basic load-outs for new spawns to choose from. It would disregard people with custom static load-outs though.
