Yeah this is just something on mine as we have the "compiles.sqf" in the Mission file. Looks like the path has changed from execVM "\z\addons\dayz_code\external\DynamicWeatherEffects.sqf"; to execVM "\z\addons\dayz_code\system\DynamicWeatherEffects.sqf"; So all good :-)
