Nice work on the new mission files Cortez, two problems now though. Players once entering combat never leave it. Animals can no longer be gutted only studied.
The easiest way to get the restarts sorted is using BEC, it comes with a built in example of a scheduler, go to the BattlEye extended commands site and there is a full set of easy to follow instructions there. http://ibattle.org/install-and-configure/
You have to go inside your house, lock the door, place your stuff in the inventory, wait a few seconds, unlock the door and go outside and lock it up. Works for me.
Here are our restarters, for the ural spawn you will need to add your own DB login details etc.

I think it would be good to have the entire server package, the same as the one you lads are using, that way we know it works, done so much hacking and chopping of the files of late I have lost track of where we are, put it down to old age : )
Cortez, I get this message :
"Slow Down! You are trying to download files too quickly. You must wait 26487 seconds before you may download another file."
We did have a server functioning however the day/night cycle did not work and for whatever reason there was no junk on the roads, refuel / repair point did not work and there were no military camps?
Thanks, I have read the entire topic and neither of those links work:
