Sorry, I have been looking everywhere trying to find how to change AI health. I unloaded 200 rounds from a UH1H into the head of a bandit and it still didn't die. It continued to be in a shooting match with a Hero AI and I watched it for 20 minutes and neither would die. I removed the XP setting so they would not get more difficult and I kept the Leader at a "1" so he would not take any less damage as well. They still don't die.
