Chat doesnt show up in rcon

Does anyone have had this issue where the chat just wont show up. Its enalbed in the description.ext.

I see it ingame, but it doesnt show either in rcon or bec or gotcha.

Only when logged in as an admin via global i get feedback ...

Could it be due to hardcore settings?
