Picked this up out of the create vehicle logs on a player:

Looks like counter measures for an Arma vehicle. Anyone provide anymore insight?

NM, apparently the MI-17 can deploy AA countermeasures by hitting the R key. Seems like they should remove it as it gets placed into the Creatvehicle log.

Flares are indeed deployed by little birds and Mi-17s. It's easy to see what's a chopper and what's not as they deploy two at a time, like in your logs.
