I like to configure my server as much as I can. So creating my own loading screen makes it more my server. Been working on my Epidemic server, but I wanted to jazzed up the loading screen with most of the original screen images. But cos the soldiers and hazmats are nasty, I came up with the patch for their squads, that I added... (Still a work in progress... ) Hope the creators don't mind me using elements from the original... 
I always add my "Shaun of the Dead" graphic at the top and my sites logo in to each of my server mods...
How about you guys? Whats your load screens look like once you've custom-ed it...
