DayZ Server Build

Hi

I've been using dayzcc for a long time now, but i feel it's not working as good as i want.
What do you guys use? And what would you say is the best server build out there?

I simply need something that runs good, quick and dont need me to babysit all day.

Reccomandations please! Thanks!

Edit; Also, if someone would include what sort of OS you use/reccomend. Currently on windows server 2012. (dont like it, will switch regardless.)

Few points:

Most functionality: Reality
Easiest to use: Pwnoz0r or Lite

Also, OS using... you pretty much can only choose a Windows OS. I'm currently running web server 2008, and it's doing me well enough. Yes you can use Linux to host an ArmA server, but I've heard many stories of failed attempts with DayZ. Also, most server packages don't support it out-of-the-box.
