Error 5 reading file 'mpmissions\dayz_1.Chernarus\'

I get the above error in my "arma2oaserver.RPT" file every time when I start the server.
Also when I connect to my server, and press "Continue" I get stuck in map screen, and the only thing I can do is open the inventory which is empty.
