Helicopter crashes bugged and can't make masterkey rounds.

I think that because of the 1.7.6.1 update, masterkey rounds are not able to be combined, can someone confirm this. And also, how do I fix the helicopters crashes? They usually spawn half way in the ground with some or no loot, zombies also do not like to spawn.
