how can i enable Custom faces

Hello how can i enable custom faces without editing the Arma2.cfg (dayz.st locked it in the FTP)

I'm pretty sure you need to be able to edit the cfg file. There is a setting for how large the face files can be and it must be set higher than zero.

Yes I've read up about it and you need to have acces to a certain file but can't find out what file it is as I have access to all my server files.

I'm pretty sure the setting is in the arma2.cfg file. You're looking for the following:

MaxCustomFileSize=0;

how big is the average custom face? like what is a decent number to put there but yet prevent people from abusing it?

i know a guy who has it setup on his server and he is on the same host so he also doesnt have access to the arma2.cfg but his friend did it for him so he doesnt know how

I'm not sure. I haven't ever used it myself, just remembered seeing the option in there.

Done it, Your looking for arma2.cfg in the cfgdayz folder and then do as stated above

MaxCustomFileSize=0;

Change it to whatever size you thinks necessary
