How can i reinstall the database ?

Is there a way to reinstall the database with all the regular tables ? I have a problem in my database and now im looking to reinstall the database to have it like in the beginning .

if you don't need to keep the values, it's may be simple. in mysql,

drop database YourDBName;

then in your repository,

perl db_migrate.pl --OPTIONS

use --help to find out what option do you actually need. also this wiki is very helpful.
