how to restore to a back up

hi, i stop the server click restore and then the backup i wish to use and then the step 2 is a white background. with notting, after restarting the server notting has changed

any idea what is going ?
 
Use the CC "3. Database > Backup > Restore" instead of the web admin. It is currently disabled as it isn't working like I want it to work.
