I don't know what is wrong, but i believe it has something to do with home premium version of Windows 7. Right at the start where you run setup_perl.bat, a cmd prompt comes up and goes away. I don't think this is what is supposed to happen. I'm not sure I even tried going straight into perl and running the next step from its command line. It didn't work could you please help.
