Maintain Base

Hey guys, I apologize if this is in the wrong section. Looking to fix an issue with "Maintain Base". It seems bases on my server are deteriorating rather quickly. In about 5 days time the buildings will be gone if not maintained.

How to I increase this to two weeks?

I cannot find anything on the internet to save my life...

I appreciate any help.
