Many errors on RPT (1.7.7.1)

Hello,
(Sorry for my bad english)
I need your help for my RPT file.
When i start the server (1.7.7.1), i see many many many errors !
You can see it, in this file : ARMA2OASERVER.RPT

Can you help me for how to fixed this problem ? :(
