Need help with BEC scheduler.

I have just got the option to make my own scheduler.xml with BEC. Now it seems like it isn't working.

The BecError.log says that Parsing the Scheduler File Failed, Recheck The File: Not well-formed.

The BeLog says: Login failed: Wrong Password!

This is my Scheduler.xml:

I want the scheduler to restart every 2 hours on my dayz standalone server, and also I want the messages played ever 20min with 10 second delay between them. Hope you guys can help
