a few days ago i started a private hive server (1.7.4.4) and a few of our vehicles glitched out i wanted to respawn them and teleport the killed player too me but i cannot figure out how to install the php tools i moved everything to my phpmyadmin folder i have xammp installed and a version of xammp came inside the server itself could anyone explain my how i instal the php tools and how i use it thanks in advance
