damage min = 0.1 <--- notice the . not a , same goes for your fuel

parts = palivo,motor,karoserie,wheel_1_1_steering,wheel_1_2_steering,wheel_2_1_steering,wheel_2_2_steering
<-- notice not in brackets and no numbers. this is the part of the DB that tells it what is broken.
