Propietary Mods are Killing DayZ Communities

So many servers have their own propietary mods, many of which are very cool.

So it looks like it's more about which server has custom mods and not about running a solid community. DayZ is based on great communities. Come on Opendayz, we need open content. Good communities are dying because they can't compete with paid and propietary mods.

So many mods in the workshop are pushed out broken and quickly abandoned. I love DayZ and this is the worst thing that could have ever happened.

peoples new helicopter mods that you have to pay to be installed is pretty awful. But a lot of work goes into these things so I can understand.
