Rollback on server restart.

I don't know, every time I restart the server it rollsback. Vehicles, some players, etc.

What causes a rollback? How do I avoid it? What is the correct way to restart a server?

Little more info man. What Dayz version are you using? Which map? How do you restart?

It's Chernarus 1.7.7.1, I using dayzcc.
I go to the painel, click to "shutdown" and then start it again. I've always restarted like this and it never gave me problems.
Now it just got worse. Players are logging off/logging in and things rollback many of times

do people disconnect before you stop the server?

Yes, I tell them too. If they don't I kick them.
That's a weird, very weird bug, because it happened without restarting the server: vehicles getting damaged but still no option to repair, or vehicles being repaired but still option to repair, etc.
Players disconnecting and then connecting again with another gear (not server restart).
It just started to happen some days ago and is getting worse everyday.
