Script restriction #16

hello everyone i have been trying to get this to work in my server but i keep getting kicked right as i join for # 16 i have no idea how to fix this i have googled it but did not understand the whole scripts.txt concept.

Every row in the scripts.txt file is counted row by row starting with #0. So the first row (or line, however you wanna call it) is #0. The one below is #1. The one below #1 is #2 etc. if someone starts the row with "//" that means the row in cancelled out (called commented out). That commented out row doesn't count as a # so you have to -1 the row below it. I usually delete those commented out rows so I don't get confused waaaaaaay down the list.

So Script Restriction #16 is the 17th row in the scripts.txt file assuming no row is commented out.
