Server Crippled by Objects Not Found

I have a huge problem after moving to 1.7.4.4 where there are large periods of desync which drop half the server players and sometimes it fully crashes the arma20aserver exe. Also, frequently during restart it will crash when it has never done that before. I am sure it is these object not found errors:

How can I find out what these are? What can I do about these? Help!
