Server install guide ?

Hey all :)

Would someone be able to point me the direction of an install guide for setting up Dayz servers please ?
I've bought a Windows VPS and want to host a mod, I was thinking of either Dayz+ or Dayz 2017

I'm not new to server management but unsure where to start with this, Do i use Bliss or non-bliss etc

A complete n00b guide would be great including everything needed from start to finish.

Pwnoz0r's files are the only files i haven't yet tried but they are only for Chernarus.

I'm wanting a Lingor 2.0 server with plenty of vehicles and kill messages, anything else is a bonus.

Reality works but the kill messages don't, It will allow me to manually run a vehicle spawn script though.
Lite Dayz has kill messages working but i can't find how to spawn vehicles without editing the database.
