Spawn vehicles / items in game

Hello !
First: Sorry for my bad english

Is there any way to spawn vehicles / items / teleport players in game with a plugin or anything ? (On my server)
I'm new to DayZ servers, I just hosted one on my computer to try it and play with friends on a locked server

I found the solution, sorry (I used an "Epoch" script)
