Spawning building materials

Hello all,

I've rented a server from Dayz.st. While I'm still pretty new to this, I have added admin tools and SargeAI. I would like be able to spawn a box or truck full of building materials so I can build a base. Possibly another for other players.

I've done all the googleing my head can handle and I must just not be searching for the right things.

Any help?
