Surviver Camp / New Base loot spawns

I noticed that on my server in the base West of Gorka at Altar, that occasionally the wooden pallets in the heli landing area spawn large amounts of vehicle parts and jerry cans.

However recently it seems not spawn. Has anyone else noticed this?

It comes & goes. We made that our primary base, and use an Ikarus as a door to keep the zombies from strolling in. Its a sweet base! occasional zed spawn in the tents, otherwise a nice setup! The green containers are moveable, but they go back to their original spot after server respawn =\. Have you found the base between black forrest & polana? I cant =\

ive had parts spawning there over and over for like 10 restarts and as of the past 2 restarts nothing has spawned
