[SOLVED] This server is running an incorrect version of the server side application

After lurking for awhile, and almost got banned from googling the subject hehe, I thought I try to make a post.

I followed Pwnoz0r's guide to the letter, and I keep getting this error:
This server is running an incorrect version of the server side application
I've installed the server on my testmachine which is running Windows 10 Pro 64bit, am I missing something obvious? I spent the whole weekend on this.
 
Okay, I gave up on my testmachine, and pulled out my old WS2012, installed the required VS's, did everything from scratch, and voila, it works.
