Transfer Dayz CC to Reality Database

I plan on switching over to the Reality Server and keeping the vehicles, player saves, tents, and items saved. How would I go about doing so?

all tables are the same except survivor (distancefoot) and instance_deployable which have 3 xtra fields

So how would I transfer then?
Trying to figure that out

Reality runs different Migration Schemas, your better of starting fresh dude or just copying and pasting the data from the tables to the new ones.
