Tweaker pack loot spawn

Am I crazy or are Tweaker packs spawning as loot? I recognize that sometimes we find them because somebody's changed theirs out, but I think they might be spawning as well. If so, do we really need them to spawn? It's frustrating to go looking for an upgraded pack... wait for the loot to spawn in an empty super only to find a Tweaker pack. If it's not spawning, then... never mind, I must be seeing things.
 
Well... vanilla DayZ also does that, it spawns the Patrol Packs ;)

Honestly, I think we should keep it like that.
 
Oh, I guess because of the reduced loot options, I hadn't noticed that. I suppose it's just another bit of trash. I've been using them to help take out the garbage and then dumping them outside... so, I guess they do serve some small purpose.
 
I think it's a pretty decent pack when you start with nothing, honestly.
Could use a spawn rate nerf though, i found 7 at the same time in a supermarket today.
