Unable to play on Overwatch servers, authentication error?

Hey, the past few days since updating to the new version of Overwatch i've been unable to play on any Overwatch servers. I've managed to get into the game a couple of times, play for a bit and die, then i'm unable to log back in at all for a long period of time because it keeps trying to authenticate and then "retrying to authenticate" only to spawn as a black screen then disconnecting.

Can anyone help with this? I've tried reinstalling the mod both through DayZ Commander and manually but nothing seems to help.
