Vehicles invincible near plot pole?

I've seen this script on several servers but cannot find it anywhere and of course.. The admins, of course, are not very helpful. Any help on this would be appreciated. If this is already posted somewhere, please point me in the right direction. Basically it makes locked vehicles within 50m of a plotpole or 100m of trade centers indestructible. PLEASE HELP!
