There are a lot of difference, very different table structures and very different database layouts. They both are very good package, if you are new to hosting a server use Pwnoz0r's IMO. Bliss will give you more options but you must have the basics of running and trouble shooting a dayz server down before you try with Bliss. I still prefer Pwnoz0r's for it's ease and stability.
We're using the pwnozors private pack, pretty satisfied with it, very noob-friendly.
One thing that I can't seem to figure out is the load-out that new players spawn with, I'd like to edit that. Does anyone know where to find that in pwnozors pack?
