why would my server crash after restart?

hasn't happen before but now after restart, the server crashes in windows. Would it be from people still on the server when it restarts or do I have to add some kick command so people are gone when it restarts..

im using pwnozors 1.7.4.4 pack and ive added the fix for script restriction #45, and just added new code to my CleanOOB to fix the -1 error that pops up sometime
 
If anything, I noticed a higher tendency to crash when it's been empty for a long time :S

Try this HiveEXT.dll - backup your one first obviously
It goes in the @hive folder
