The custom loadouts should be controlled by variables in the init.sqf according to vbawol... Haven't tried it though. The buildings can be added through mission.sqm just fine.
Can anyone help me disable gear and backpack menus for my safe zone? People like to hang out there and go through people's stuff while they are trying to do business with the traders.
