Currently my server restarts every 3 hours, but it never turns night. Is there a possibility to set the Day/Night time cycle after every restart. So basically 1 restart day time, next restart night time, then day, then night and continue on.

Does anyone know how to delete/unlock vehicles after restart if they are in trader city. I am fed up with players leaving their vehicles in trader. So if anyone knows how to do the above^^ I would appreciate if you can send or create a tutorial :)
