You should be able to add up to two players per squad, we do have a donation system in place where you can donate via paypal to increase the amount of players per squad you can have, as well as total amount of squads

I tried to replicate the issue but was unsucessful, checked the logs just in case and it came up with nothing at all involving towing, just the updating of the hive after the vehicles moved.

If you have edited the PBO files correctly, just uploading them through the advanced settings would work. Please note you can only edit dayz_1.chernarus.pbo and dayz_server.pbo without needing players to download custom client-side files.
This guy figured it out instantly.
It was that there was some vehicles in deployable and instance_deployable
No clue how they got there as I never added them.
