adding ChromAberration effect to radio active zone

hey peeps,

On my dayz server I am trying out an area which is "nuclear radio active", contains good loot but kills the player
if he/she is longer in than certain amount to simulate getting killed by radition.
To add a lot more realism to my radio active zone, I would like to add the ChromAberration effect to the player's screen when he/she is in the area. I know that it's easy by just making the code using PPeffectViewer
but I want to add it to fade in/out or "move" to make it look even more realistic.
It should look like their character is getting affected by the radition.

I know it's a weird thing to compare it with, but sometimes you can see this kind of effect in Arma 3 during mission loads etc. It looks like the screen is getting distorted by some sort of signal.
That exact effect is what I want to create and I would really appreciate it if I could get some help with it :)
