DayZ Misfits [DzM]

Hi All!
First off I just want to let everyone know that I am brand spankin new to overwatch. I have a PvP DayZ server that I run that I am pretty fluent in messing with.
I am wanting to add custom buildings to my overwatch server. The way I did it before on my regular DayZ server is use some editor mods (jons, map, etc). I then added the buildings into the database.
First problem. Doesn't overwatch have additional buildings compared to regular DayZ? I need a way to 3D edit on the overwatch edited map. I'm thinking that this is simple and I'm just not thinking very straight about it so if its an easy answer, please don't hurt me lol
Second problem. The way I have buildings added is by database. I've noticed some desyncing sometimes. I have about 40 buildings added. Do you think if I converted them to SQF methond instead it would reduce this desyncing? I know thats a vague question, but here I am!
