All of my AI have Fast Fire, HELP!!!!!!!!

Ok, still really new to scripting but all of the AI I have on my server seem to be on fast fire the closer you get to them. Not a big deal for missions but when it comes to my roaming AI they are extremely too OP. If anyone knows what to do please hit me up.
