Alternate Method For Accessing Bans File?

My server provider will not give us access to the Bans.txt file directly to manage and update it. I currently use Dart, which works well for what it is, but sharing ban lists or manually inputting bans becomes a tedious task. Is there any other Rcon tool that will allow me to update the ban file by simply copying and pasting the entire entry?

Should be to hard especially with the https://github.com/ziellos2k/BattleNET
Retreive the banlist & store into an array
Then read from a txt + addbans for new bans not loading into array

C# not my thing + busy atm, but thought i point u in a direction anyways...

But i am surprised a hoster won't allow u access to the bans.txt file and i assume battleye filters aswell ?
If so i would just go look elsewhere to be honest
