Always spawn in debug

I am having a problem with my mod. every time someone joins the server or dies they spawn in the debug and i can not figure out why.

here is my spawn points.

ok then i am confused.

the one you are pointing out is the very top ones.

which i was told not to touch cause of the way the spawn script works and to just add onto the markers at the bottom.
