BEC having BePath Problems?

Hey guys i currently tried to set up BEC but every time i try to start it, it tells me to look at Config file.
I put all the paths, where i have the files but something still goes wrong.

Here is the link to my BEC files, if anyone could take a look and tell m what im doing wrong?

you made a shortcut to bec.exe with a parameter already... and in the startscript the shortcut is called with the parameter again... so i guess you are calling bec.exe with double parameter?
does it work if you doubleclick on the shortcut?

I actually just figured this out haha, but for some reason i get another error

^ I get that when i try to log on. To fix my old problem instead of a shortcut i made a batch file
