BEC problem, please help me

I have installed BEC mainly only for the ingame chat messages and stuff to remind people of the rules and some other things. My problem is the messages ingame don't show up. I'm 110% sure I set everything correctly in the configs. One thing I noticed is that in my server Battleye folder the BEServer.cfg changes to BEServer_active_63db.cfg or something else when the server runs. Why is that? Could that be the reason why BEC doesn't work properly? And also my server log window gets spammed with this crap

1: RCon admin #3 (127.0.0.1:61623) logged in
1: RCon admin #4 (127.0.0.1:61624) logged in

I'm using DayZ Control Center
 
1. BEServer_active_63db.cfg is for security reasons too... so the scriptkiddies cant guess your cfg name to easily
2. have a similar problem that BEC isnt always showing the messages... but the BEC log shows that they are posted...
